From July 17, to July 23, 2006 many of us had the opportunity to visit Charlotte, North Carolina for our 16th Reunion. While we all enjoyed the fellowship and rekindled friendships, the event was somewhat dampened by the recent passing of one of the founding members of the RLEAF, Leroy Bines, in April 2006. Leroy will remain forever in our hearts. This year’s logo, pictured below bears a Transit Police shield with number 1323, which was Leroy’s shield number.
