Greetings Brother, Sister’s and Friends
Hoping all is well with you and your loved ones.
We are all aware of the disaster in Haiti. The loss of so many lives was devastating and our hearts go out to the families and friends who suffered those
losses. It is comforting to know that the response was all that it could be and that the conditions are improving steadily.
At the last general membership meeting, on January 19, 2010, the members present voted overwhelmingly to formulate a plan to assist Haiti, much like we
contributed to the relief of the town of Waveland, Mississippi, following the destruction caused by Hurricane Katrina.
A fund titled ‘Temporary Haiti Relief Fund’ was established and the $350.00 which still remained in the Waveland Fund was transferred into it. We are asking for a $25.00 contribution
from each person. A particular cause or target will be identified and we will then work to satisfy that objective. In this way the organization can be sure that we have contributed in a meaningful way, as an
organization, to the effort so desperately needed in Haiti

The organization needs to identify an objective. As always, we are open to your suggestions and comments
Thanking you in advance for your assistance in this worthy cause.
Sincerely,
Charles McCray
