WTC Prayers & Comments Pg. 3

Please Remember . . . and May God Bless You

Let us remember the families and friends of the victims in our prayers. Pray for the survivors and their families also.  Mostly, let us remember the CHILDREN who are wondering why mommy and/or daddy never made it home.  I know that many are angry and are calling for action from the
government. Let us look to God for guidance and do according to his will.
I leave you with this:

Psalm 34:14-22

Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.                            The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry.  The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The righteous cry, and the

Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the

Lord delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate. The Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

The above message was sent to us from the son of deceased Transit Police Officer Manny Fargas.

For the people who do not know who I am my name is Branden.  For those who don't know me you may know my father Carl.  The other day was very upsetting to me and to other people in my family.  Thankfully I was in school during this event but my mom wasn't so lucky. She was down there working in the building right next to the towers. She is okay thankfully.  It hurt me most to find out that my mom was down there when this happened. A little while after this happened she called me to say she was alright. The next day after the building fell I was in class and I couldn't think so I took out my notebook and I wrote a poem.  The poem is titled:: The Day the Towers Fell. So here it is:.

They say what doesn't kill us, Only strengthens what remains.
And no one sees a rainbow  Without going through the rain.
And whether that's still true today, Time will only tell.
'Cause now we face our darkest time, The day the towers fell.

That is the end of my poem and for who are touched by this poem just pass it on and the more people who read this hopefully will realize how many people really care...Thanks Branden

Branden is the stepson of a friend I worked with at Trans World Airlines
