Inspector Robert Wheeler.....Then and Now and .........?

Bobby Wheeler joined the Transit Police Department in 1982. In 20 years he has risen to the rank of Inspector. He commands Brooklyn Detective Operations and plans on staying “on the job” a while longer. Here are a few pictures chronicling Bobby’s 20 year career.
