We recently received a letter  and a copy of a Sept. 29, 2006 article from the NYC Chief-Leader, from retired Guardian Major Seabury on his thirty-eight (38) month struggle to obtain a Tier IV Pension from the Teacher’s Retirement System. After leaving the Transit Police Brother Seabury became a Psychologist with the NYC School System. Brother Seabury states that “these documents show that you can win, if you believe in God, are determined, persevere and stay the course.” Brother Seabury was the subject of our APRIL 2005 PROFILE. Please take a look.
